Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Charging Animation Vibe iOS app and its widgets (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Apple's standard terms

The App is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms add to the Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Standard EULA applies. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

2. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Your content

• Photos, audio and videos you add or create stay yours. We don't claim any ownership, and we never receive them.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any photos, music or other material you use, and for how you share what you create.
• Built-in beats, animations and wallpapers are made by us. You may use them in videos and wallpapers you create with the App, including posting them on social media. You may not resell or redistribute them on their own.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App to create or share content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it;
• try to get around any technical limits of the App.

5. How the App works on iOS

Some features depend on iOS and on settings you control:

• The charging animation runs through a Shortcuts automation that you create. iOS does not let apps start on their own when you plug in, and full-screen playback needs your iPhone to be unlocked.
• Live Activities, the Dynamic Island and StandBy are available only on supported iPhones and iOS versions.
• Wallpapers are saved as still images. The App can't set your wallpaper for you.

Apple may change how these features work. We can't guarantee every feature will work on every device or iOS version.

6. Purchases

The App is currently free. If paid features are offered in the future, they will be sold through Apple's App Store, and payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds will be handled by Apple under its terms.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, animations, wallpapers, music and name, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. Apple, iPhone, Dynamic Island, Live Activities, StandBy and Shortcuts are trademarks of Apple Inc.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We don't promise that the App will be error-free or always available. The App shows battery information provided by iOS and is not a tool for measuring battery health.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Please keep backups of photos and videos you care about. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these Terms. If we make important changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
