Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Charging Animation Vibe iOS app and its widgets (the "App") handle your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal information. The App has no sign-in and does not send your data to us or to anyone else. It does not connect to our servers.

2. Information that stays on your device

To work, the App keeps some information on your iPhone only:

• Photos you choose. The App uses Apple's photo picker, so it only receives the photos you select. Copies are kept inside the App to build your slideshows.
• Audio you import. If you pick an audio file or a video's sound, a copy is kept inside the App. It is never uploaded.
• Your creations and settings. Slideshow projects, exported videos, saved wallpapers, your chosen animation, colors and preferences.
• Widget and Live Activity data. Your chosen animation style and battery level are shared with the App's own widgets and Live Activity on your device.

You can delete this information at any time by deleting items in the App's Library or by deleting the App.

3. Permissions

• Photos (Add Only). Asked for the first time you save a video or wallpaper. It lets the App add to your photo library. It can't read your library.
• Live Activities. Used to show charging status on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. You can turn this off in iPhone Settings.
• Shortcuts. The App offers actions for the Shortcuts app. Automations are created and controlled by you in the Shortcuts app. The App never creates or changes them.

4. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The App contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

5. Crash reports

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in iPhone Settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. These are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy and do not identify you.

6. Links to other services

The App may open links in the Shortcuts app, Safari or your email app, for example to add a shortcut or contact support. Those services are covered by their own privacy policies. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you and delete them when they are no longer needed.

7. Children

The App is suitable for all ages. Because we don't collect any personal information, we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access or delete your personal data. Because the App does not collect personal data, we hold none about you. If you have questions, contact us below.

9. Changes to this policy

If the App changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect.
